How a South Park crew got started

From Josh’s own account in the SDVoyager interview.

Press: “Meet Josh Schauert of Integrity pro washers” on SDVoyager, the Josh Schauert interview.

  1. He landed in South Park

Josh Schauert moved to San Diego about eight years before he sat down for his SDVoyager interview, and South Park is where he landed. South Park is still the home base, at 2962 Laurel St.

  2. He left the employers whose values clashed

He worked for companies that did not run the way he wanted a company to run. So he left, and started Integrity Pro Washers, a company built around the values listed below.

  3. The first truck went out in Golden Hill

The first truck went out in Golden Hill. Today the crew works driveways, stucco, roofs, solar panels, windows and gutters across San Diego County.

  4. The owner is on most jobs

Josh quotes every job himself, in person or from a photo you send, and he is on most of the jobs he quotes. The business is family owned and operated, and the person who gave you the number is usually the person holding the wand.

Six values, in the order he lists them

  • Integrity First
  • Family Values
  • Excellence Always
  • Eco-Conscious
  • Reliable Service
  • Local Pride
