Chapter 01
Oil, rust and paint do not rinse off
Most San Diego driveways carry the same story: a dark oil patch where the car sits, rust freckles under a planter, and a grey film over everything else. Cold water and a garden hose move that around without lifting it. Hot water breaks the oil down, which is why it is the first thing the crew reaches for on concrete.
Stains on other surfaces get the same treatment. One customer had a large paint stain in the brick of a backyard, and a commercial warehouse customer had a greasy floor with paint spilled across the lot outside. Both came clean because the stain was treated as its own job before the whole area was rinsed.
The same attention goes to garage floors, sidewalks and walkways, paver patios and pool decks, and the retaining walls and fencing around them.

How Josh's crew works a slab
Josh looks at the surface first, in person or from a photo you text to (619) 887-4442, and writes the quote before any equipment comes off the truck. On the day, drains are covered and the edges are bermed, stains are pre-treated, and then the surface cleaner goes down the slab in straight, overlapping lanes. Each lane leaves a visible clean edge against the grime next to it, and the lanes meet without stripes.
A wand takes what the surface cleaner cannot reach: stair edges, the base of walls, the face of retaining walls, fence boards. Most driveways take about an hour to an hour and a half, and larger flatwork takes longer.
The owner is on most jobs, so the person who quoted it is the person who checks it. Typical guides run $150 to $300 for a driveway and $150 to $500 across pressure washing jobs, and commercial sites are quoted per site.
Chapter 03
Where the water goes afterwards
Wash water carries oil, rust and grime, and it does not belong in the storm drain. Integrity Pro Washers follows the County of San Diego best management practices for mobile surface cleaning: drain covers, sandbags and berms hold the water in, a vacuum pulls it back into onboard reclaim tanks, and it is taken to approved disposal sites. The crew is trained on those steps, and the full explanation is on the environmental compliance page.
Once the slab is dry, the clean look holds longest where the slab can shed water and see sun. Shaded corners and planter edges grow grime back first, so ask Josh about a follow-up wash for those. Work comes in from South Park, Golden Hill, North Park and Normal Heights, and as far as La Jolla, Pacific Beach, Chula Vista and Escondido.
