Where windows and gutters fail
Glass goes cloudy long before anyone decides it is dirty. Film builds on the outside, fingerprints and dust settle on the inside, and the screens and tracks collect the grit that never shows from across the room. A quick wipe only moves it around.
Gutters fail out of sight. Leaves, roof grit and debris pack the channel and the downspout, and the first heavy rain has nowhere to go. Water that cannot leave the gutter ends up running down the wall or onto the walkway beneath it, which is a bad outcome on stucco in Golden Hill or South Park.

How the crew works through a house
Windows get cleaned inside and out. Screens come off and get cleaned, and the tracks are detailed so the grit that collects in them is gone rather than pushed to the corner. The finish is the sort customers describe the way one Google reviewer did: “my windows sparkle.”
Debris is cleared out of the gutters, the downspouts are flushed to prove the water runs through, and the outside face of the gutter is brightened so the whole run looks as clean as the glass. Josh is on most jobs.

Why the details are worth doing
Clean glass lets more daylight into the room, and clean tracks mean windows that slide the way they are meant to. Neither is dramatic on its own, but together they are the difference between a house that is washed and a house that is finished.
A flowing gutter protects what is under it: the fascia, the stucco and the beds along the foundation. Clearing the channel and flushing the downspout keeps the water moving where it was designed to go.
